Hey everyone!
I have an issue with Avada form builder. There is contact form which function well. For last week, I have a 404 error when the form is submitted. Error source is a service-worker (I use PWA plugin also).
Form send data to gmail by smtp (WP mail SMTP plugin) but when I test another plugin to build form error is not arises. Also, when I try to change the name attribute of the input field to ‘customer-name’ and submit the form, the page simply reloads, and the data is not sent to gmail.
I would be grateful for your help.
