I had multiple test running and they all pass. Please copy the complete article and post it here as code. And it would help to understand what is the source of the 500 error. And please show me the configuration of the SimpleTOC block. Does it happen with a default configuration?
And can you please check if the problem is gone when Zoe manually install the previous version? I need mit context and the exact error that causes the error 500. You can look that up in your log files.
