Hi,
For some reason customers are able to book more than one service at any given time (see screenshot). If they try to book two services in the same slot during one checkout session (i.e. buy filling their cart), the system prevents them from double booking themselves. However, if they book one service and check out, then go and book another service, the system will allow them to double book themselves.
Surely there should be some mechanism that prevents this from happening?
Amelia customer support won't help me because I'm using the pro version but I don't have an active subscription, so they told me I'm on my own.
Anyway have any experience of this?
Amelia is full of bugs and support is crap, so yes, you are on your own. If you are not a developer I’m sorry for you.
