We’ve had the same problem for months…
I’ve been browsing the forum and it seems to be a recurring problem.
Each time I test the download by mail, I get the same bug when I want to download the file : “Access denied to this file Go to homepage →”
I noticed that the original url of the file has changed.
Basically, every time I want to add a URL, like :
and I update the page, it always replaces it with :
/bitnami/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/xxx
I also tried just with /wp-content/uploads/xxx, but still, it gives me the bitnami back.
I still haven’t found a solution and it’s getting very frustrating. Any idea on how to fix this once and for all?
