accidentally added “htpps” two times to static qr – any ways to redirect?

Hi all. I made an oopsie, and made a static qr like this:

https://https//www.website.com

Sadly the qr is in print already, therefore it can’t be changed.

If i use the redirect plugin, bit automatically removes the https. Is there anything i can do with the redirect plugin (or any other tool, or is this unsalvageable?

  1. Sorry, but that wont go to your server at all, so its no way you can fix that on your server – wouldnt matter what kind of site you had there either, wordpress, wix, static html… Doesnt matter at all because the browser wont find the server :/

The only advice I can give is to always double-check all qr’s before you send them to print. Also – try to get in touch with the printer ASAP and try to stop them.

  2. I copied pasted the URL (`https://https//www.website.com`) into Chrome and Chrome actually fixed it and attempted to load `https//www.website.com`, so you might actually be ok… for Chrome users at least.
