Google Ads Disapproved Due to Malicious or Unwanted Software

Hello Team,

My website Google ads have been many times suspended due to Malicious or unwanted software and unreliable claims. 

However, all scans come out clean and the Google console shows no security issues. 

I contacted the google ads support chat box, but we are not provided with much information except with a list of "as per the latest scan below are the links found which might be hidden on our website".

Most of the links are simply images or CSS files, for example, this one: assets/images/pci/img-logo.png

Here are the results from the security scan:

No Malware Found

Scan Frequency: Daily

No malware detected by scan (Low Risk)
No injected SPAM detected (Low Risk)
No defacement's detected (Low Risk)

Still, my google Ads are disapproved due to malicious or unwanted software and unreliable claims.
How can we solve this issue and get our ads reinstated?
