So i accidentally uninstalled xampp from my pc and lost my locally made wp site. I recovered the files with disk drill app and installed wp again. I put the old recovered files into htdocs and now i cant run the site on localhost. It says fatal error, ereor on line 16 of wp-blog-header.php. I really dont know what to do next. Please help.

What’s on line 16 of that file?
Just delete the core and replace it with a fresh copy.
