Hi there,
I was attempting to add CleanTalk to a website I manage ).
I created the website in my CleanTalk Dashboard, and when attempting to paste the access key into the plugin’s settings inside of WP, I receive the following error:
“Error:
An account connected to site thedogball.org already exists. Please restore access to the account ;
However, I only just created this one website in my dashboard and it is not connected to anything. Does this mean another/previous user has created this website in CleanTalk?
FYI – I have been managing the website for over 3+ years, but am not the original creator.
