I had not downloaded the pro version of the plugin, I didn’t realize there was a separate version to install rather than the regular version upgrading by adding a key
I installed the pro plugin and all good now
Edit: Wouldn’t hurt to add that to the how to activate support page for people like me who click without reading until they run into a problem
