The Pixel Manager will never host tracking scripts locally because there are too many reasons why that’s not a good idea. Here’s a support article that I wrote that goes into more detail about this question: https://sweetcode.com/docs/wpm/faq#will-the-pixel-manager-host-tracking-scripts-locally
However, if you want you can delay script execution using third-party tools. As with most such decisions, that one has also some negative effects. But I would say delaying script execution does only have a minor negative impact on tracking accuracy, so feel free to do that.
