Add message for customers with VAT ID

This is certainly possible with the customizer, included in the Premium Templates extension, which allows you to add custom blocks with a set-up like this:

Then, your PDF invoice will display the custom text if the VAT reverse charge condition is met, this way:

The VAT Reverse Charge option will be considered ‘true’ if all these conditions are met:

1. The order is from a European Union country.
2. Order total is greater than zero (0)
3. The VAT of the order is equal to zero (0)
4. The order has a VAT number (you should have a compatible plugin installed that collects the VAT number on the checkout page, e.g. EU/UK VAT Compliance Assistant for WooCommerce)
