Add the ability to edit built in taxonomies

I’ve done this before using JetEngine but need to be using CPTUI on a new project and would like to be able to do the same. I found this: but the solution provided only applies to pages. I need to be able to add the default categories taxonomy to the Jobs post type provided by WP Job Manager….
