The header element containing the h1 is clearly there, as seen in your own screenshot.
Looking at the classes on the element, it’s likely coming from your Astra theme. That’s where I’d look.

Thanks for the prompt response. Based on your inputs, I’ve cross-checked the astra theme forum, and found additional information here:
I have managed to switch off the Title in the Astra theme setting for the page. This resolved the issue.
For reference, please see the steps, and screenshots below.
- Originally, when the Astra
Titleis switched on for the Courses Page - Next, after switching off the Astra
Titlein the settings, the additional H1 tag disappeared - Double verified by publishing the page, and then accessing the page from Incognito. Listing out all H1 tags — the
CoursesH1 tag is no longer available (this is expected)
