Couple of years ago, I fixed a new client’s website, and then signed a maintenance agreement with them for $500 per month. It’s a WooCommerce site.
I would do a set number of things every month and I would do a few extra things every quarter.
They’ve now asked me to only do the maintenance every quarter, and not every month.
Should I continue charging them the same amount or should I reduce/increase the rate?
