Thanks for reaching out. As users can only have one AdSense account, what you can do is login to your AdSense account directly, and from there grant access to the Google account/gmail which you used to set up Site Kit. You’ll find instructions on how to do this below:
Using that method you can then revisit your Site Kit settings, and connect the AdSense module using the email you already used to set up the plugin.

Note also that another approach, is to disconnect your currently connected Google account from Site Kit, and then set up the plugin using the Google account which is associated with your AdSense account.
If the Google account you now connect doesn’t have access to the already connected Google Analytics account, what you can do is grant access to analytics level – granting access to the Google account associated with your AdSense account.
i have only one adsense account but problem is adsense account is from other email id and search console and google analytic from other so

Thanks for the clarification. In that case either of the options I suggested above will work fine. You can grant access from your AdSense account, to the email you used to already set up Site Kit, or alternatively set up Site Kit using the email associated with your AdSense account.
That way you don’t have to make any changes within Site Kit, other than connecting the AdSense module (after you’ve granted access to the your AdSense account, granting access to the Site Kit connected Google account).
