Hello, i’m quite new to wordpress so sorry if this seems obvious but i need help with modifying the front end of my website.
I created a website with posts and comments using the bbpress plugin. It works, however i would like to change the front-end other than colour (size of posts, deleting some defalut texts, margins, …)
Does someone know how i could do that?, is there a plugin where i can easily change that or do i need to download the code and edit it manualy?

Try some builder. Themify for example got free builder.
For bbpress you probably need to lean on custom hooks for scripts and styles or template overrides.
Your description is of things that can be changed via CSS which can be done in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
