If I understand this correctly, the consent must be obtained from the user inside AdSense GDPR.
You can read more about the TCF integration included in Advanced Ads Pro right here. Generally, the solution works by reading the TCF consent cookie, set by your CMP and only shows ads, handled with the plugin, if a consent was granted. It does not deal with the consent process itself.
