We are an adventure tour operator who has been running its website on WordPress using the Xtrail theme. We are looking to revamp our website to help increase conversion. Some of the requirements were looking at include (some are more priority than others):
– streamlined wireframe-user experience while looking for their specific tours
– pop-up search to help with filtering through events/products
– more streamlined system for tracking sales/drop offs
– booking system that helps to aggregate all clients into easily accessible tables or manifests/reports
– back end user experience for gamification purposes (user stats, activity completion time, plug-in with APIs for track applications, photo upload/album creation)
– self-booking system for membership clients
Looking between using an events booking management platform such as Fareharbor or FlyBook, hiring a developer who has event booking experience or getting plug-in recommendations and having my current developing team continue managing our website.
