Which part is not working exactly?
The affiliate will not get the email notification if you create the coupon manually.
You should use the “Add New Affiliate” form which will automatically create the coupon code, assign the user, and send them the email notification: https://couponaffiliates.com/docs/manual-affiliate-registrations/
