Yes, in free extended version there were no problems with localization strings.
Also we have tried to contact you via ticket ( I asume my customer via your customer area) and I via message in the chat system of your website since yesterday, but no responses from your side, sorry to say.

Ok, yesterday seems my customer tried to contact you via the Chat plugin on your site too (not a ticket). She says she is going to send a mail in few minutes, thanks for your support. (Maybe you should correct or fix your chat system, it does not seems to run quite well in your website.).
This is what she said about their tries to install it:
“I installed it by upgrading through current plugin and it was faulty so I deleted, tried to install again through WordPress and still faulty”
“I then downloaded the app from their website and tried to do a fresh install”
I am her server sysadmin only, not a wordpress expert.
We can help to install the plugin. May be there is some tricky environment.
It was an issue with interfering with ‘Performant Translations’ plugin. The fix will be in the nearest public release. Temporary version with fix has been installed in the user’s site.
