Hello,
I had been working with your plugin but by the customers’ request had to deactivate your plugin and install Redis Object Cache plugin, I never deleted your plugin it was just unactivated, today I had a task to delete it, and after deleting it I lost access to the dashboard it only shows me now the white screen of death, the website working fine but I cant access the dashboard.
The error message:
W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /code/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.
Now I tried deleting the said file – it didn’t help.
Tried re nstalling the plugin by downloading the plugin un zip it and upload it to /wp-content/plugins/ also no help.
Can you please help me understand what is the problem and how can I solve it.
