We tried reproducing it on our end, and everything seems to work fine. Are you sure this plugin and not something else caused it?
If yes, then can you send us a list of all the plugins used on your website so we could see if it could be a possible conflict?

Hi, 25 minutes ago I restored a backup because I needed the site running properly, so you may have seen it working properly.
I am sure it is due to the plugin. I have two sites whith almost the same configuration. Yesterday I upgraded only Blocks Animation on one of them and the header and the footer disappeared. Then I tried downgrading, deactivating, etc.
As none of that fixed the problem, I logged in to the other website, which still had version 2.0.14, uploaded to 2.0.16 and the header and the footer disappeared too.
I have restored a backup on both sites, so now both of them work properly.
Both sites use Sinatra Theme. And these plugins in common:

I think the problem might be due to the WP Maintenance Mode & Coming Soon plugin.
That plugin is also by us and it had that issue that was fixed in an update this morning. Can you check that?
OK. I’ve updated both WP Maintenance Mode & Coming Soon to v 2.5.3 and Blocks Animation to v 2.0.16 and now everything seems to be working properly.
I could have never imagined it was due to the other plugin since it was supposedly working properly.
