I’m using WordPress to host a SaaS platform knowledge base. So far it’s working great but the search leaves a bit to be desired. Here’s an example:
Search works great when searching specific key words like “date format”.
Search does not work well for “how do I change my date to month/day/year”.
Are there any good tools or plugins out there that can ingest my posts and search via AI to better assess the users intention?
By the way, the current search plugin I’m using is https://wordpress.org/plugins/ajax-search-lite/
