Good evening guys, I’m new here, I wanted to ask you what the fee would be to charge for the development of an informative website in wordpress (Something well developed, with graphic design and SEO components) in the northwest of the United States. Greetings!!

This is unanswerable without more details about what needs to be ON the site, and how much there is.

3 pages? It’s cheap.
100 pages with lots of sophisticated content? Not cheap.
To come up with pricing, first figure out how many different layouts (Page Templates) you will need. Blog or no blog? How much content, how difficult of a design to implement. How many forms throughout site? How many fields in forms?
Some people just throw out a flat rate catch all price but then end up with scope creep from a client that gets out of hand.
I like to write out all features, page count, maximum content amount per page etc… then put hours against all of that and tack on some QA time as well.
Seems tedious and everyone is eager to just throw out a price but once you end up with that project that you spend 100 extra hours cause you left things up I the air then the client requests a bunch of different things, you realize the value in covering your ass.
We can perhaps talk about a landing page with 2 forms, 3 text blocks and a gallery of 20 photos
Do what a customer does… go check out what the competition is charging, get some quotes even…
Pointless asking when we don’t know your skills, thus the time needed, or the website to build, or the client need, hosting need bla bla bla
$5000.00 is normal pricing for any agency.
A lot of people expect to pay $10,000 or more since everyone else is paying the same. I am talking about SMB.
If you are going for the bottom of the barrel clients then maybe $3000.00 at the least.
