We recently completed updating our website and plugins to the latest available plugins/versions. And now, clients cannot reliably pay.
When a client attempts to check out with their credit card information, they encounter one of the following scenarios:
1. Upon entering in a few numbers the information is automatically deleted and they get stuck in an ajax loop
2. They are able to enter the credit card numbers, but upon clicking that they agree with the terms and condition, or submitting their order, their information is deleted, and they get stuck in an ajax loop.
Our developer is at a loss and is suggesting we use a different plugin in.
