all my banner images are very blurry. there are all panermaic photos as well from adobe stock. I cant figure out what settings allow the photo to be crisp quality. any help would be very much appericated.

Looks like you have an overlay on the image. Check under style
How are your HTML/CSS skills? You should learn how to use the developer console and inspector. In Chrome for Windows you can press F12 to bring it up and then click the Inspect icon. But all modern browsers have this feature. Inspecting lets you move the mouse over an element and find where it’s referred to in the HTLM and CSS. Then you can see what items have what styles and if the theme is using the right resolution image.
