i need a second pair of eyes on this because i know i’m overlooking something obvious. i just noticed that the media image glitches while loading– it’s almost like it changes position or scale when viewed on a tablet or mobile phone. i’ve checked and double-checked the code and don’t see what’s causng the issue. if you’ve got a minute– please take a look and let me know if you have any ideas.

UPDATE: just confirmed the problem is the grayscale filter– i was using a fade-in with grayscale (100% to 0) animation. anybody have any ideas on applying the grayscale filter on header media without causing the glitch?
