Why would all the pictures on my site show up like this?! All my plugins are updated, I also have the latest version of everything.

You need to provide some actual information, a screenshot of the default broken image is not helpful at all.
Try to right click on the website and click the inspect element, and screenshot your console or/and the network tab.
In the JS console you can see the images that aren’t loading are all prefixed by the web address `j0.wp.com`.
It may be solvable by editing the page and removing and re-adding the images to your content from your media library.
If not, you’re gonna want to reach out to your host for support or look for a developer.
