Hi, I would like to ask for assistance regarding allow access option. I uploaded a file with download manager. I set allow access option to customers only. However, upon testing the master download file is still accessible to the public instead of restricting it. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong or did I just misunderstood the functionality of file restriction?
I would really appreciate it if you could help me with this. Thank you.
