Hi, I was speaking to Woocommerce support about subscriptions, specifically about allowing customers who receive a coupon code through MyRewards to add the coupon to their already active subscription. They said it is not something they can help with as it may require custom coding, but that I should reach out here.
I want customers who have a subscription with us to still be able to use their loyalty points, so when they receive an email containing their coupon code, they should be able to enter is somewhere so that next time they are billed the coupon reduces the price, without affecting future payments. For example, if a subscriber receives a 10% off coupon, they should be able to enter that and next time they are billed, it costs them 10% less. The time after that should be normal price until they receive another coupon code.
Is this something that would be possible? Thank you.
