Hello I am having the same issue I was migrating my website to a new server (same domain name) I deleted the old Instagram connection and tried to reconnect again Instagram I just get a white screen on authentication also I tried to solve it using the salt and key but didn’t work.

Thank you for contacting us! Please try using our tool and guide to retrieve your Account ID/Access Token and use these to manually set up the connection.

Could you confirm whether you were able to get it working? If so, this may have been a temporary issue on Instagram’s side.

There was a minor change on Instagram’s side and we have adjusted our connection flow to get it up and working. If you need to connect your source please do so within the plugin as we’re still working on fixing our separate Access Token tool.
