Hi there, I’m looking for some pre-made layouts so I can quickly create sections for my pages.
I’m looking for nav bars, headers, cta, gallery, etc.

Elementor, and Beaver builder have free version but limited feature
I have some access to a place where you can get lots of template kits for free.
What theme or tool are you using? That would help to narrow it down.
Templates, patterns and blocks are parts of WP core. And they are free.
There is a small icon at the top of Dashboard, first left, WP logo. There are some hidden secrets there, just a few clicks away.
