This is just a simple personal site for friends and family. I’m looking to create a little help button (or dropdown menu) to be placed alongside an icon. I’d like it to pop up a little text balloon. I suppose it could go to a separate page if it needs to. All searches come up with more ad-focussed options, which is not what I’m after. Is this something I can do within the Twenty Twenty-three theme or is there a good plugin that would get me what I’m after?
