Yes, I would do this with CSS. The general idea would be something like this:
.ics-calendar.layout-list .event {border-bottom: 1px solid gray;}
I’m sure you’ll want to change the color, and you will probably also want to add or adjust the bottom border and padding on the same element to get the spacing to look good.
