I have a page [http://18.132.255.72/pricing]) that I am using buttons linking to HTML anchors for navigation. Ideally, I would like to disable scrolling so that only the buttons are used.
Even if you could, why would you? That is horrible UX. I would leave a site like that and never look back, no matter how much I wanted your product.
