Perhaps, but gets a 404 so either WP is not installed or the document root for you site is not pointing to the right place. Check your httpd config files.

there is an issue with my ssl

Check the vhost config file for this site. In the config, add

<Directory /path/to/wordpress/here>
   AllowOverride All
</Directory>

Then restart Apache.
