Are there any plugins that will return media URL after uploading a file on the front end?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows if there’s any plugin or way to upload a file on the front end of a WP site and then get returned the media URL after the file is submitted and uploaded into wp-content? I know you can grab it from the media library on the back end, but was wondering about the reverse.
