Astra Theme Customizer blocked by server.

Hello fellow WordPress users! anyone of you having this kind of trouble with the Astra theme? I am using a free only Astra theme I cannot reach out to their support without subscribing. I have already reached out to the GoDaddy hosting support, and they are blaming the Astra theme for this issue. anyone of you know how to resolve this? Thank you in advance!
