Astra theme social icons, any way to get them to open in a new tab?

My social menu based icons in the footer will open to a new tab but when I add social icons to a page with the built in “Social icons” block any link I put in there opens in the same tab. Is there something I can do in the “wp:social-link” block to trigger the same thing that a target=”\_blank” would do in a href?

I feel like they should open into a new tab by default.
