I have a free shipping coupon, FREESHIPPING, which is set to auto-apply to orders over £30. This works fine. However, I also have a discount code EXTRA which cannot be used in conjunction with FREESHIPPING. FREESHIPPING is set to exclude coupons: EXTRA, and EXTRA is set to force-apply, so FREESHIPPING is removed automatically when EXTRA is applied.
My problem is that, even though it’s set to auto-apply, FREESHIPPING is not automatically applied to carts over £30 when the customer removes EXTRA:
Customer increases subtotal to £30 –> FREESHIPPING is automatically applied
Customer applied code EXTRA –> EXTRA is applied and FREESHIPPING is removed
Customer removed code EXTRA –> EXTRA is removed, but FREESHIPPING does not return.
