I tested a coupe of your pages and the Autoptimize JS loads there, but what you could do;
1. ensure the “404 fallbacks” option (near the bottom of AO’s main settings page) is active
2. clear any page cache you might have (W3TC but I think WPX has page caching as well)
That should fix any missing JS error from re-occuring.
