There is a newsletter signup box in the footer bar on a website I’m working on ( https://www.encoder-technology.com/ ), I’m using the Avada site builder / theme and using the “forms” part of the Avada builder to generate the forms.
The problem I’m having is that the form does not seem to feed through to MC, I’ve ensured that the API is active, this seems to be confirmed as list information shows in the form setup tool. I’ve set the debug console in MC4WP (Version 4.9.9) to record everything and it doesn’t capture anything when submitting the form, so it doesn’t appear to be linked correctly.

If anyone is able to offer any input as to what I may be doing wrong or what may be causing the issue that would be very much appreciated.
