Hi all. Like the title says, I have a few forms on a site I inherited and the client wants them saved to a DB so they can export later. I see that Avada form is capable of that, and on the main forms screen I can see that each of the forms HAS entries, but when I click on view entries, it says “No form entries submitted yet.” It says this for every form. I went into the actual sql db to see if they’re even there, but no dice.
I don’t understand how the form application says yes there are entries, view them here, but then tells me there are no entries but I guess at this point those are lost. I just want them to be able to view/export their entries going forward. I’ve seen a few posts for email related issues but not this (which we also have but is less important right now), so I’m wondering if anyone has encountered and conquered it.
