Backup and restore a specific Plugin (of choice)

I wonder if it is possibel to backup just a specific Plugin of my choice including all settings so I can restore it in any WP installation I want to.

If yes, I am searching for an easy method of course. 😛

Does s.o. of you know how to do this?
