Hi @flollo2wp,
Thank you for your message!
From your debug code, it seems like the backup process has been completed successfully, so it could have been a false-positive error. Could you kindly check the “Manage & Restore Backup(s)” section on your plugin page, see if there’s a backup listed there?
Hi Efe, many thanks! You are right, the backups are in the folder – it’s just the link missing. No problem to download it from the files section of the plugin. But I planed to upgrade to external storage with Google Drive … are you sure this will work if the plugin like now did not realize that the file is ready? Best, Stefan
Hi Stefan,
Thank you for your feedback!
Please note that you can always copy the backup URL via this button adjacent to the listed backup.
I see on your backup debug code that the plugin failed at first, but then automatically changed some settings to backup again. I believe that there has been a false-positive due to that endeavor, which is noted for our developers to take a look 🙂 Regarding Google Drive storage, as long as the backup is complete and listed, it will be automatically stored on your connected Google Drive account as well, so no worries there!
Feel free to reach out to us any time of course, and we’ll always be available to assist you further.
…okay, than I’ll just try if Google Drive works and come back to you if not. But by the way: I could not find the answer on your website to the question for how long (or forever?) do I get premium function when I pay 29 USD for non-commercial website?
