Beginner Here: Categorize blog posts into different pages

Hi Everyone,

I am a beginner here so I apologize if my question is stupid. I am creating a blog where i want to have a page for travel reviews and one for restaurant reveiws. Is it possible when creating a post to designate which page it would show up under, and then ultimately flowing up to the homepage’s latest post?

I followed Tyler Moore How to make a wordpress blog video on Youtube to create the blog.

Also, is there a plugin that can allow me to do a ranking? Like this restaurant is 4 out of 5 stars?
