I purchased this plugin and later realized that although I have a PRO account, I cannot use some options… reserved for PRO accounts!!!!
I sent a ticket to support but there is no trace of the ticket receipt, like an automated response “Ok we received your ticket, please be patient”.
Does anyone know why despite being a PRO account I am not able to use all options (even those reserved for PROs)?
Please no responses like, “Did you enter the Activation Key correctly?” or anything like that. Thank you
