Best appointment booking plugin with one time lifetime subscription?

Hi guys Im looking to purchase a Booking plugin to offer my customers in case they need one. Most of the ones I’ve been able to find have annual subscriptions. I’m looking for something I can purchase once and offer to as many clients as necessary.

An important feature Im looking for is the ability to send a text message when a client books an appointment.
