Best email marketing plugin for WooCommerce customers?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a plugin that lets me send emails to my woocommerce customers. The issue with most plugins out there is that pricing is based on the size of the customer base, which doesn't make sense for my use case. I'm only sending a few emails after a sale (to thank the customer, share tutorials on the product, etc) and then don't communicate with that customer anymore. So my customer base grows over time but the number of emails I really send remains fairly low. I understand that if I go with a self hosted tool, I might be able to find a plugin at a fixed price rather than a user-based pricing. So what email marketing plugin would you recommend? I've heard about FluentCRM but I don't know if there are better alternatives?
