I want to setup a form that will allow users to select up to 3 categories that they want to be associated with in my Mailchimp list. I’m doing this by having 3 checkboxes on the form. Depending on which checkbox(s) they select they will then be listed as part of the specified categories. Currently I have the free Mailchimp plan so only 1 audience (maybe this is only doable with multiple audiences lmk). Then i created 3 groups which correspond to the 3 checkboxes on the form. So if you select checkbox 1 then you’ll be in group 1 on my mailing list. What would be the best form plugin to accomplish this? I currently have Elementor Pro but am willing to buy thew pro versions of other plugins to make this possible. [HERE]) is a reference screenshot to the form.
